WonderLandAll the information about the WonderLandThe family owned WonderLand & Splashland theme parks lie on the banks of Dubai Creek close to the Al Garhoud Bridge, and combined into a single trip, they make for a fun day out for all the family. 
The theme park offers two distinct areas, one with traditional dry rides such as roller coasters and carousels, and another where water slides and splash pools are available for you. The park was one of the first leisure attractions in Dubai, but regular updates to the rides on offer within it have led to it remaining at the forefront of the tourist industry. In common with many such theme parks around the world, WonderLand also treats visitors to a variety of live action shows that you are encouraged to join in with, light and sound spectacles as the sun goes down, and plenty of places to eat ranging from the traditional Arabic cuisine through to western fare such as burgers and chips. A day out in this Caribbean themed park is a great change of pace from the normal Dubai activities of shopping and sunbathing, and throughout the week, queues tend to be short - although on a Friday (the Arab weekend) many local families descend on WonderLand, and it gets fairly busy. |
